The email address entered in your BuzzStream account is the email address we send password reset requests to. Additionally your full name (first and last names) and email address are are used as the From Address when you send Outreach messages in BuzzStream.

To change your Name, Email address, and phone number:

Go to the gear Icon in the bottom left-hand corner of Buzzstream to access your settings.

You'll land on the My Info page. The top Section labeled 'Your Account Information' contains the fields for First name, Last name, Email address, and Phone number. Make any changes you want and scroll to the bottom of the page to Save.
