Send emails through Buzzstream and keep track of your conversations by connecting your Office 365 account to BuzzStream.

Integrating your Office 365 account is simple, and is the first step to sending outreach emails and keeping track of conversations in BuzzStream.

To integrate your Office 365 account with BuzzStream, follow these steps:

Navigate to Account Settings

  1. Locate the account settings on the lower left side of your screen.

  1. Select 'Connect to email'.

Connect Your Outlook.com Email Account

  1. Click the 'Other' icon.

  1. A pop-up window will open, where you'll enter your Outlook.com email address and password, along with optional details such as description, signature, and unsubscribe text.

  2. Set who can view emails from this account, who can send emails from this account, and your daily send limit if desired.

Connect Incoming Mail

  1. Enter the URL for Outlook's IMAP server: imap-mail.outlook.com.

  2. Provide your email credentials.

  3. Click 'Next'.

Connect Outgoing Mail

  1. Enter the URL for Outlook's SMTP server: smtp-mail.outlook.com.

  2. Provide your email credentials.

  3. Click 'Save'.
