To view your BuzzStream subscription information, click on the favicon in the bottom left-hand corner of BuzzStream and select 'Account'.
Note: Only the BuzzStream account owner can access the Account Settings.
This will take you to your Subscription page:

To change your subscription, click on the 'Adjust your plans' button
When will my account be charged?
Account billing and charges take place between 12:15am and 6am Central Standard Time on the day of your billing date.
Paid accounts are billed on the same day each month.
Trial accounts are charged on the 15th day of the trial.
The billing date for your account can be found under the Payment Information section of the Account page.
