SSO is available for BuzzStream account at the Pro account level and above

Single Sign-On (SSO) makes it easier and more secure for your team to access BuzzStream by allowing them to log in with your organization’s identity provider. With SSO enabled, users won’t need to remember separate BuzzStream credentials - login is streamlined and controlled by your existing authentication system.

Step 1: Enable SSO in BuzzStream

  1. Go to SettingsSecurity Settings.

  2. Check the box for Enable Single Sign-On (SSO).

  3. Click Add SSO Provider.

Step 2: Add Your Provider Details

Enter the following information from your SSO provider:

  • Display Name

  • Discovery URI

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

Then click Verify.

Step 3: Configure Access Requirements

  • If you want SSO to be required for all users, check Require for all users. (You can also enable this later.)

  • Click Save Changes.

Step 4: Link Your SSO Account

  1. Go to SettingsProfile and Notifications.

  2. Click Link to connect your SSO account with BuzzStream.

Step 5: Log in with SSO

  • You can now log in at app.buzzstream.com/login using your SSO provider.

  • If SSO is required for all users, they’ll be directed to the SSO login page automatically.

  • If a user is already logged into the SSO provider, they can simply enter their BuzzStream username, and authentication will be handled by the provider.

Step 6: Optional – Enable App Dashboard Access

If users need to launch BuzzStream directly from their SSO App Dashboard, add the following values from BuzzStream into your Identity Provider/SSO client configuration:

  • Required Scopes

  • Redirect URI

  • Initiate Login URI
