Troubleshooting email connection issue - "Failed to execute request"

To fix the connection for your email address after seeing this error message go to Email Accounts in Settings and edit the connection for your email address with the pencil icon and after that click on the "Fix your OAuth connection" button.

After clicking on the Fix your OAuth connection button you’ll see a pop up where you’ll log into your email address to re-authorize it.
