1. Many actions can cause formulas to reload in a Sheet. For example - if you add columns/rows to a sheet or if you reload the Sheet itself. Reloading a cell does not use up any additional credits.

You can address this by simply copying the rows and pasting them back as “Values”. If you want the ability to copy and paste the formulas on an ongoing basis, you can just keep the first row in your list as formulas and copy and paste the rest as values to mitigate the majority of the issue.

2. Occasionally, cells can get “stuck” in a loading state, resulting in an endless wait.

If that happens, close and reopen your Sheet. In the majority of cases that will fix the issue. In case it doesn’t, try copying the full original sheet and paste into a new Sheet.

3. Sometimes you will see cells that return an “Error” message. In these cases the cell did not process the formulas properly and will not correctly return a value.

If this happens, simply use our “Fix Errors” functionality in the Extensions drop down menu

or the ListIQ sidebar

This should resolve the majority of errors. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to us and we’ll look into the error and what the underlying cause may be.

4. Using ListIQ in a new sheet requires you to reenable the extension

When you open a new sheet and wish to use ListIW, you'll need to enable the extension again. Doing so should be fast and painless as long as you're logged in to your BuzzStream account.

Just navigate to the Extensions dropdown > BuzzStream ListIQ > Enable BuzzStream ListIQ to get it up and working again.
